Submission Guidelines

Contusm Publications welcomes high-quality manuscripts from researchers, clinicians, and academicians worldwide. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission and publication process.

Manuscript Preparation

1. Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format only. PDF submissions are not accepted.
2. Structure: Include these sections: Title, Author Details, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
3. Abstract: Limit to 300 words. Structured abstracts (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) are preferred.
4. Word Count: Case reports and short articles: 1000–2500 words. Reviews and original research: 2500–5000 words.
5. Figures & Tables: Provide high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi). Tables must be editable and placed at the end or embedded with captions.
6. References: Use Vancouver or APA referencing style. Ensure all references are cited in-text and listed at the end.
7. Language: Ensure your manuscript is clear, concise, and free of spelling or grammatical errors.

Ethics & Compliance

1. Plagiarism: Submissions must be original and free of plagiarism. We use plagiarism detection tools to check content integrity.
2. Ethical Approval: Research involving humans or animals must include a statement on ethical approval and consent.
3. Third-Party Material: Secure permissions for any copyrighted figures, tables, or images.
4. Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest or funding sources.

Before You Submit

• Confirm all authors meet authorship criteria and have approved the final manuscript version.
• Check all names, affiliations, and contact details for accuracy.
• Ensure all sections are complete and formatted according to these guidelines.
• Prepare any supporting files, such as cover letters, ethical approvals, or datasets, if required.
• Review and agree to the journal’s Publication Ethics, Peer-Review Policy, Copyright & Licensing, and Article Processing Charges.
