- Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries, as defined by the World Bank, are eligible for automatic consideration.
- Early-career researchers or students may request waivers based on financial need.
- Requests must include a valid explanation and supporting documentation if applicable.
- Waivers are considered on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the editorial team.
Waiver Request Process
- Submit your manuscript through the standard submission portal.
- Indicate the waiver request in the cover letter or designated field during submission.
- Provide supporting details such as institutional affiliation, country, and financial constraints.
- The editorial office will review the request and notify authors of the decision before publication.
Terms and Conditions
