The Contusm Publications charges an Article Processing Fee (APC) for each article that is accepted for publication. This fee supports the open access model, ensures a rigorous peer-review process, and enables global dissemination of the published research.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) ranges from 590 to 1440 USD, depending on the journal and the nature of the manuscript. All applicable charges are transparently outlined and formally communicated to authors prior to publication, ensuring a clear and ethical process.
Contusm Publications is committed to supporting global research communities. We offer discounts or full waivers for authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, and in cases of demonstrated financial hardship. Authors should apply for waivers during the submission process.
Authors will receive an invoice only after their manuscript is accepted for publication. Payment instructions are included with the invoice. APCs must be paid before publication.

Many institutions and research funders cover open access fees. Authors are encouraged to check with their institution or funding body for available support. We can provide pro-forma invoices or funding statements upon request.
Refund Policy: The APC is non-refundable once the article is accepted and the publishing process has begun. In case of duplicate payments or technical errors, please notify us within 7 business days.
Invoice Request: Authors who require an official invoice for processing the APC may contact our billing team via email.
