Author Guidelines

We welcome high-quality manuscripts across a broad range of scientific and clinical disciplines. To maintain consistency and quality, authors are requested to follow the below guidelines before submitting their manuscript.

Manuscript Preparation
  • Title: Should be clear, concise, and reflect the content of the manuscript.
  • Abstract: A structured summary of not more than 250 words, followed by 3–5 keywords.
  • Main Text: Follow standard sections – Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion (IMRAD format) for research papers.
  • References: Use Vancouver or APA style. Ensure all citations are complete and accurate.
  • Figures/Tables: Must be numbered and referenced in the text. High-resolution images (300 DPI) should be submitted separately if possible.
Formatting
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 line spacing
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Submit as a Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) file
Authorship Criteria

Authors should have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the research study. All contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in the Acknowledgements section.

Ethical Considerations
  • Informed consent must be obtained for studies involving humans.
  • Ethical clearance from institutional review boards should be included where applicable.
  • Animal studies must comply with institutional and national guidelines.
Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via email to editorialoffice@contusmpublications.com. Attach all necessary files including the cover letter, manuscript, images, and any supplementary material.

Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Articles with more than 10% similarity (excluding references and standard phrases) may be rejected or sent back for revision.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

A publication fee of 1040 USD is applicable upon acceptance. Waivers and discounts are available under certain conditions or for members.

Authors retain copyright of their work and articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
