Publication Ethics

Contusm Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical behavior in all stages of the publication process. As a publisher of open access, double-blinded peer-reviewed international journals, we adhere to globally recognized ethical guidelines and best practices, ensuring fairness, confidentiality, and accountability for all stakeholders—authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.

Editorial Responsibilities

  • Editors make publication decisions based solely on the manuscript’s scientific merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope, without bias based on the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation.
  • Editors ensure a fair, timely, and confidential double-blinded peer-review process.
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and any paper involving an editor as an author is handled by another qualified editor to maintain objectivity.

Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly references all sources. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
  • All authors should have made substantial contributions to the research and approve the final manuscript.
  • Authors are responsible for disclosing any conflicts of interest and acknowledging funding sources.
  • If errors are discovered after publication, authors must promptly notify the editorial office for correction or retraction.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially, offering constructive feedback and avoiding personal criticism.
  • Reviewers should not review manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest.
  • Any suspected misconduct must be reported to the editors.

  • Informed consent must be obtained where applicable and documented clearly.
