1) Manuscript Submission
How do I submit my manuscript?
Submit via our online system (preferred) or email the editorial office at editor@yourjournal.org. Follow the journal’s “Instructions for Authors.”
What article types are accepted?
Original Research, Reviews, Case Reports, Short Communications, Editorials, Letters, and Technical Notes (as per each journal’s scope).
2) Peer Review
How long does review take?
Initial decision typically in 2–4 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and revisions.
Is review single-blind or double-blind?
Most journals operate double-blind peer review (authors and reviewers anonymous).
3) Article Processing Charges (APC)
Are there publication charges?
Yes. APC supports editorial management, peer review, production, and open-access hosting.

Do you offer waivers or discounts?

4) Open Access & Rights
Are articles freely available?
Yes. All articles are published Open Access for reading, downloading, and sharing.
Who holds copyright?
Authors retain copyright. Content is distributed under a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY 4.0), unless stated otherwise.
5) Indexing & DOI
Will my article receive a DOI?
Yes. Each article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent citation and tracking.
Where are the journals indexed?
Indexed in platforms such as Google Scholar, OpenAIRE and FigShare; applications in progress with services like DOAJ/Scopus/ABCD Indexing (journal-specific—see each journal page for current status).
6) Ethics & Integrity
What is the plagiarism policy?
All submissions are screened. Manuscripts with overall similarity typically > 15–20% (excluding references/methods) may be returned or rejected.
Do you follow COPE guidelines?
Yes. Editorial decisions and misconduct handling adhere to COPE best practices.
7) After Acceptance
When will my article be published?
After final proof approval and fee settlement (if applicable), online publication typically occurs within 1–2 weeks.
Do I receive a proof?
Yes. A gallery proof is shared for final corrections before publication.
8) Miscellaneous
Can I withdraw my manuscript?
Withdrawal is allowed before acceptance. Post-acceptance withdrawals are considered only under exceptional circumstances.
