Payment Policies

All Article Processing Charges must be paid upon acceptance of the manuscript. Payment can be made via:

Please note that authors are responsible for any transaction fees incurred during payment.

Waivers and Discounts

Contusm Publications offers partial waivers and discounts on Article Processing Charges under certain conditions:

• Authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries may apply for a waiver.
• Discounts are available for members of affiliated organizations and societies.

To request a partial waiver or discount, authors must submit a formal request along with their manuscript during the submission process.

Refund Policy

Once the Article Processing Charges have been paid, they are generally non-refundable. However, if an article is withdrawn before publication or is rejected during the review process, authors may request a partial refund. The refund will be at the discretion of the editorial team and will consider the work already undertaken.

Manuscript Removal Policy

Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript from consideration must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the editorial office.
• Withdrawals are only permitted before the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
• Upon receiving the withdrawal request, the editorial team will confirm the removal of the manuscript.
• Once a manuscript is withdrawn, it may not be resubmitted to the same journal without prior permission from the editorial team.
• Any Article Processing Charges paid will be considered under the Refund Policy if applicable.
