To support the costs associated with the publication process, the journal charges an Article Processing Fee (APF) for accepted manuscripts. This fee covers the costs of editorial workflow, peer review, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management.

Waivers and Discounts

The Journal of International Case Reports offers a limited number of waivers and discounts to support authors from low-income, as defined by the World Bank. Waiver requests must be submitted during the manuscript submission process and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Process

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, the corresponding author will receive an invoice with detailed payment instructions. Payment must be completed before the article is published online. Various payment methods are available, including credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.
